Find and appropriate shipping container. A heavy-duty cardboard box will do, as long as your computer fits easily inside, and there is room for roughly two inches of padding on each side. We recommend foam rubber or styrofoam packing peanuts.

Step 2.
Call our toll-free number: 888-441-0544. Tell us your name, and address.

Step 3.
We’ll arrange for UPS or FedEx to come to you. They’ll pick up your computer, give you a shipping receipt, and bring it directly to Authorized Laptop Repair.
